Two days ago I decided to do the 365 Day challenge that I found on Flickr.

I'm going to quote how they describe it for anyone that doesn't know:

The Challenge: Take one self portrait each day for a year.

I really took to this idea because I love photography so much. I'm a self-professed camera whore. In recent months I've realized that I need to be challenged artistically to get out of the rut that I was finding myself in. To have this personal challenge to take a picture, a GOOD picture [because I'm a perfectionist], every day for 365 days...I feel that this will help me expand my horizons. I definitely need something like this.
